The main aim of the this lecture was to discuss our week 3 task, to get feedback from our teacher, finally to be introduced with our major project and of course to get some task done (this time it was image correction in Adobe Photoshop).
First thing we did was an overview of our given task last week: we had to get divided into project groups and to present our works to our group friends. As it looks like my choice of theme and the work I had done were the easy ones, comparing to the work of the other two. One of them did the presentation about card game and actually did a real card (and even illuminated it) and the other one's presentation was about a web portfolio. Those were actually really great, so I feel a little bit disappointed with me. Although I don't mean that doing a research about children psychology was easy to do.
This task was, as I was wondering, just a preparation for a real a project, which I think will be really interesting to work on. As a group we have to think of an idea for a campaign for an old and a bit forgotten product such as:
- Blue Nun wine,
- Mateus wine,
- Spam,
- Skol lager,
- Brut aftershave,
- Hai Karate aftershave,
- Babycham alcoholic drink
- Cadbury's Milk Tray.

Our group haven't chosen a product yet, but what we had decided is that we will not do the presentation about Spam. Of course I thought that was a quite good idea to choose Spam, because it's more interesting and intriguing to work with the product, which has a very negative reputation.
Fortunately, Blue Nun wine is one of these products! I already have some ideas, but it's not wise to announce them while they are still in brainstorming stage.
Oh! Of course! We all did some work with Adobe Photoshop. We were given a task to process some images: to make a picture brighter using tools like Levels, colour/ contrast/ tone adjustments and etc.
It wasn't difficult, so I shared my computer with a friend and let him do the most of work, as he doesn't usually work with this program.
All in all, it was a quite interesting lecture and I can't wait to meet my group friends to discuss the project as the deadline is approaching.
