I have done a peer assessment before, but I had never done that individualy. Felt really nice, when my peers tried to evaluate me, when I'm somewhere outside. Since these were the conditions we had to accept, we did.
Unfortunately, my peers had never done a peer assessment before, we had a bit of a problem, but we managed to overcome it soon and did the peer assessment as it had to be done.
We all three were a bit overly critical about each other, but I think our main project became develped even better because of this. I am not proud, but I gave my one peer a Fail for Interpersonal Skills. The main reason was that our group interpersonal skills weren't the best. Sometimes we didn't manag to get in touch the minute we had to, we failed to make collective decisions and our communication in general was pretty poor.
All in all, I can't wait for the main project presentation. I think we are prepared better that ever.
